I was working as dance fitness instructor at cult , i have 1 year of experience being an dance fitness instructor , It was an hell lot of an experience . People always used to love attending dance fitness classes because of dance and fitness being & doing together with crazy vibe under the roof along with their favroite songs being played !

* Dance fitness sessions is a mixture of bollywood , latin and other dance forms It’s a cardiovascular / interval training class. The moves are easy and repetitive for easy learning. Time passes quickly in class and you don’t feel like you’re even working out!
* There are low impact and high impact routines with modifications where the steps are usually broken down in the class through ques, gestures and counts which is very easy to follow along with me.
* Dance fitness class are of 50mins
*Classes are started with warm up of low to high intensity songs .
* Age from 18 and above can take up th sessions .
* shoes are must.

Details
Usually charges for dance fitness or zumba is much higher based on hourly sessions the above mentioned rate is affordable to everyone. I have also mentioned the discounts for 5hours and 10hours pack . Its is pretty much affordable to everyone but still you're welcomed to ask your doubts ! :)
