I taught rhythmic gymnastics to children ranging from 3 and up and from 2023 I teach teens/ adults pole dancing whilst teaching them how to dance improve. To just let yourself move freely.

About Abigail
My name is Abigail and I'm 21 years of age. I started dancing when I was 2 years old and loved it. I have a vast range of dance styles that I've combined over they ears. I use dance as a way to cope with life's stresses and it has done so much for me.

Dance is a form of self expression and so in most cases people who dance are sometimes quiet people so what I do is help you to express yourself with no judgment and to build your confidence in social situations and within yourself.
