About Arif

I am a professional mixed martial arts coach..I have trained people to reach amatuer and professional level competition in K1, MMA and other combat competition. I specialise is full contact karate, Muay Thai and submission wrestling I tailor my classes for my clients according to their level and goals, so dont worry if full contact is not your goal. I am also a personal trainer and also Head Coach of my club in East London

I can travel to East London and Essex to deliver first class sessions.

About the lesson

I am a mixed martial arts coach and I specialise in submission wrestling , Karate and Muay Thai.

I have students who are competing amateur and professional level, and and one of them has a unbeaten record professionally.

I can come and teach at your place(provided if there is safe space) or you can come to mine.

I have the equipments needed at home, though most of them are portable if needed to bring to yours

I will coach and mentor you to a winning mentality, hard work and effort. We will go through effective techniques and increase your physical and mental strength.

As a coach , I will mentor you to get to your goals, so I'm happy to coach beginners and aspiring professionals.

Arif is more than just an amazing sensei, because he is an amazing friend too.
I meet him in my daughter school, he did after school club. He helped me and my daughter to improve our confidence and techniques. He is very good with kids, he is very patient and he is also very supportive. He is not just pass it to you your child after the session, he give you time to talk to you about the child, if you ask he let you to observe the session. Gives opportunity to every child, even SEN children to join the group. Kids love him.
He do adult sessions and online sessions too.
I never heard anyone to complain about him. What I see is just growing group numbers.
