About Gabriella
I am a professional flute player, often freelancing in orchestras around the country or performing with my wind quintet or flute and guitar duo at music societies and classical music festivals! I also teach flute both in primary and secondary schools, and for a music charity in Cardiff! I believe lessons should be what the individual student wants to get out of them. I conduct lessons with optimism, and am more concerned with the small steps in someone's musical journey than the final result.

My ethos is always to engage students through enthusiasm and kindness, and make music where passion is at the forefront. Music education is important, and I know firsthand the rewards it can bestow on someone's life. I conduct all my lessons with encouragement, believing any child or adult has the ability to benefit from learning the flute! I teach in private and public primary and secondary schools, working with people of all abilities and ages. I usually provide 30 minute or 60 minute lessons, as I find this allows enough time to cover so much musical ground. I have taught flute to children as young as 6 to adults in their 70s.
