About Owen
I have extensive experience working with children of younger years as I was head boy in year 13 which involved speaking to and getting involved in activities all over the school with children of all secondary school ages. I also have good communication skills as I have developed through public speech opportunities, I have also represented my school in public before to both prospective parents (through open days) and other schools (through inter-school events). I also currently regularly meet with the heads of my school at university as a student voice rep, meaning I represent everyone on my course at my university to the senior academic staff.

I take a very student focused approach to teaching, so looking at ways to improve students learning and engagement with the subject by tackling the topics that they would like the most support with.
A typical lesson length would be 55 minutes
My qualifications are, I completed my A-levels last year and am currently studying an undergraduate degree at university. I have tutored GCSE pupils before in Maths.
My lessons would be students in the process of completing their GCSEs (year 10/11)
