About Takashi
My name is Takashi, and I'm a native Japanese speaker, born and raised in Japan. I'm based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and I enjoy helping people from different countries learn Japanese and communicate comfortably in everyday life. I have taught Japanese to more than 100 international students, including two years of teaching Japanese and mathematics at a Japanese language school. I speak fluent English and can explain Japanese grammar clearly in English. My lessons are tailored to your level, interests, and goals, whether you want to practice conversation, improve your grammar, or build your vocabulary. Beginners are welcome! I also have about 10 years of Japanese–English interpretation experience. If you need language support for shopping, appointments, events, or other everyday situations, I'd be happy to help.
