About Carly
I'm Carly—a certified yoga instructor. I’ve developed a style that’s dynamic and structured, which is perfect for students who want to build strength, improve mobility, and stay mentally engaged throughout their practice. I value professionalism, consistency, and clear communication, so you can trust that every class will be thoughtfully planned and delivered with care. I love helping students build confidence on the mat, refine their technique, and discover what they’re capable of through movement. Whether you’re newer to Vinyasa or have an established practice, my goal is to support you in showing up fully and leaving class feeling strong and accomplished.

I teach Powerful Vinyasa, a dynamic and strength-focused style of yoga that builds endurance, improves mobility, and sharpens mental focus. My classes combine smart sequencing, clear instruction, and intentional pacing to help students move with purpose and control.
My goal is to create a challenging yet supportive environment where you can build strength, refine technique, and leave feeling accomplished and clear-minded. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or push yourself in new ways, my approach is practical, focused, and accessible to all levels.
