I am a qualified Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapist and Quantum Healer registered with IICT and love teaching women and sometimes children how to tap into their creativity and intuition so they can live a more empowered and creative life.

Each lesson would start with a theme or intention and various art therapy techniques will be used to assist in releasing emotional blocks so you can live a more motivated and empowered life. Techniques may include visualisation, meditation, drawing, painting, sound therapy and movement therapy.
