Hello, my name is Ms. Stefania. I graduated from McGill University in the Kindergarten & Elementary program in 2020. Since graduating, I have worked as an Elementary School Teacher in different schools for the English Montreal School Board. I enjoy working with children and getting to make learning fun for everyone. I look forward to getting to know you and getting to learn together.

Having a positive teacher-student relationship is vital and is the foundation to teaching. Throughout my teaching experiences, I was entrusted with the care of my students early on, as I was able to maintain classroom management, routines, procedures, and expectations.
I ensured to create appropriate lessons and activities that motivated my students to enjoy what they were learning and tailored my activities to every child. Depending on the different learners in my classroom, I learned the many different ways in which my students learn best.
A typical virtual lesson plan begins with instruction: teaching a concept or revising a previously learned concept. I then provide time for practice and allow the student(s) to ask me questions during this time. Lastly, I add a fun learning component where the child gets to continue to practice what he/she is learning while playing a game.
