Most importantly, a lifetime of world travel has brought me into contact with a plenitude of strange and wonderful cuisines to explore. My cookery classes encompass plenty of discussion into the subject, ample time for cooking together and a brilliant sit down dinner to finish. We explore the history and the culture of the foods made, a variety of culinary skills and techniques and, lots of food to chow on and drink to wash it down.
