About Melanie
I am a qualified graphic designer and have obtained a BA degree in this field. I further my studies and obtained a foundation degree in teaching English as a foreign language. I am available as a tutor to students who are willing to learn in a fun and interactive environment. I believe that people should never stop learning because life never stops teaching. The most successful people learn something new each day, knowledge is endless and personal growth is continuous that is why I always seek more. I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences.

I believe that going back to the basics is essential, thus I always provide my students with the basic grammar, tenses, sentence structures and activities. I believe teaching/learning should be fun and interactive but also rewarding. I want my students to feel comfortable and confident during the learning process. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals.
In my classroom, I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I always encourage students to ask questions and investigate their own ideas, this helps improve their problem-solving skills as well as gain a deeper understanding of academic concepts. Both of which are important life skills.
