About Jaya
My learners say that my English lessons are not just full of learning but also quite fun. Well, consider finding if they are right? I use techniques learned during CELTA and TYLEC courses to plan my lessons and facilitate the same creatively. Teaching vocabulary, accuracy, fluency, pronunciation and just making you an independent learner is my skill.

I have been teaching English as a language for 8 years now, following the completion of CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from University of Cambridge. Recently completed the TYLEC (Teaching Young Learners Extension Certificate) from Trinity London and further enhanced my skills as an ESL teacher.
I have taught the language to students of Japanese, Korean and other nationalities at an International school in India. Based out of the USA, I am currently teaching at British Council as a freelancer.
