About Leah
I completed my A-levels in June 2022 and achieved A* A* A and I have a place to start at the University of Cambridge in October. I am tutoring as I have a passion for languages which I wish to share, as languages were some of the least popular subjects in my school. I have previous experience of tutoring and mentoring children, both in school and out. I enjoyed this experience and watching their confidence and ability grow, which is why I'm eager to continue tutoring.

The length of a typical lesson would be between 45mins-1hour so we have sufficient time to make improvements as language learning is very much correlated to time spent.
If you would like help with what you are learning in school then I am very flexible and can base the lessons around that.
However I can also create a lesson plan and the lessons can be separate from what you're learning in school and we can go at a pace suited to you.
I think a main focus in my lessons (unless you wouldn't like to/ don't need it) is the speaking aspect of the language, as many children do not practice this in school however it's a vital part of the language. On the other hand, we can focus on whatever skills you would like (reading, listening, writing etc) or work on all skills the same amount.
My lessons are suitable for secondary school students, from beginners in year 7 to a GCSE level.
