About Brittany
Hi, I’m Brittany, a friendly and patient technology tutor with a passion for helping people feel confident using their devices. I specialize in working with beginners and those who may feel overwhelmed by smartphones, computers, and tablets.
I’ve spent a better part of my life teaching both older and younger people in my life how to use technology. Whether it was helping a family member learn the basics or showing someone new features on their device, I’ve always enjoyed making tech feel more accessible and less intimidating.
My background includes Marketing, Creative Writing, 3 years of Customer Service, and over 3 years of Tutoring and I’ve developed a teaching style that focuses on simplicity, clarity, and real-world use. I take the time to explain things step by step—without jargon or pressure—so you can build real confidence, not just follow instructions.
I also have a genuine passion for new technology and love exploring what’s out there—especially smartphones. I enjoy staying up to date with the latest devices and features (I recently got the new Samsung S26 Ultra), which helps me bring current, practical knowledge into every session.
I’ve helped seniors, beginners, and small business owners alike learn how to do everyday tasks like sending emails, organizing files, using apps, staying safe online, and connecting with others through video calls.
