About Francesco
My name is Francesco, I come from Italy and I am the Technical Director of Torino FC Academy Australia. I have always played football in different teams in Italy. I combined my football career with my university career which I finished with a master's degree in Sports Science. After my university studies, I studied for the UEFA coaching license and I coached in an elite football school in Italy. In Sydney I worked in an NPL club, sports schools and I trained many players with private sessions. My university experience combined with my football experience as a coach and player allows me to improve the players in every aspect, leading them to reach the best version of themselves. The use of data and tests, will allow me to monitor constantly the progress of young players.

One session will last one hour and will be characterized by high-intensity exercises in which we will train the fundamentals of the game of football from a technical point of view without neglecting the athletic and coordination part which is essential for best expressing the own qualities. Football performance depends on various factors: technical, tactical, psychological, athletic condition, etc. Thanks to my University preparation (I have a degree in Sport Science) and my experience as a player and coach in Italy, I am able to help you improve your skills in the game of football without neglecting any aspect and also paying attention to the details they can do the difference such as nutrition and methods of recovery after intense training.

Perfect! My son recently had his 1st lesson with Francesco. I decided to watch being the 1st lesson my son has had. Firstly I was amazed with the amount of equipment supplied for the 1 on 1 lesson, but this was not a problem for Francesco including setting up. The amount and variety of different exercises was even more impressive. Most importantly, Francesco was super nice and friendly to my son, keep encouraging and awarding him with credit and hi 5's on tasks done, and always stopped to explain when my son did not understand. He was a gentlemen and firm at the same time. My son left feeling very good and is looking forward to many more lessons with Francesco. His ability in football is equally as good as his expertise as a coach.

Francesco, coached my two daughters (8 & 10) and both thought he was amazing. He has a natural rapport with children, but he also doesn't waste any time, moving through drills and game strategies. My girls are very different in level and focus, but both wanted to go back and both have clearly benefited from his coaching. I thoroughly recommend him.
Francesco is an excellent motivator and is committed to player development. Lessons are always prepared and he is knowledgeable about every acpect of soccer.
Francesco coaches my 11 yr old football obsessed son. Francesco is everything you want in a coach for your child. From the moment we met Francesco you could tell he loved teaching football to kids. 10/10 highly recommended. My son Anthony is dramatically improve a lot with his skill. Very intense lesson which help him with his basic skill, in just 3 lesson I can see high improvement in his game. Very engaging 1 on 1 lesson, Francesco has been really friendly and lesson very easy to understand. 100% recommended for Francesco to be private coach.
