About Adam
I've been playing tennis since the age of 6 and coaching since I was 18 and it is my full time job so have already picked up a lot of experience working with various coaches and players. I absolutely love to teach tennis to anyone willing to learn the sport and want to work with you to improve your game and understanding.

I have used the knowledge I have picked up over the past 13 years coaching as well as the 12 years perviously to that playing tennis to help you improve your tennis game both technically and tactically through a mixture of basket drills (1 ball at a time) and live drills (continuous hitting) . I'm a Level 3 LTA qualified tennis coach and undertake a minimum of 15 hours CPD each year to keep learning new methods/ways of learning. I coach all ages from pre school through to adults from players who play once a week up to players who represent the County. Normally lessons are 1 hour but can be anything from 30-120 mins.
