4 years training at The Royal College of Music in London. Ten years in The Welsh National Opera Company. 18 years private teaching and 4 years in schools.

Yes, I do have a CRB disclosure certificate.

Trained at The Royal College of Music in London.

Three students successful at performing in musical theatre. Quite a few passed grading exams. Associated Board and Trinity/Guildhall.

I am an ex professional opera singer with The Welsh National Opera Company. My first love of teaching singing is for classical music.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Singing.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
Associate of The Royal College of Music.
- How much do you charge?
£25 per hour. £10 consultation lessons. Group lessons £5 for each student. Children under 12 years of age £15 per hour. Travel expenses 40pence a mile.
- Where do you teach?
Mostly teach at home. Nearest town is Hereford. Teach in the village of Kingstone near Hereford.
- When are you available?
I teach most days. Not in the evening. Also at week-ends, half terms and during the school summer holidays.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
10 years of age and over. Beginners, intermediate and advanced.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I teach Associated Board and Trinity/Guildhall singing exams.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
Most students when they arrive for their consultation lesson are understandibly very nervous, but I will always make a new student less nervous and more confident. As my teacher at The Royal College of music never taught the male voice as she said she couldn't unerstand it as much as the female voice. After many years of teaching the male and female voice, I feel the same as my singing teacher. Sopranos, Mezzo-Sopranos, and musical theatre singers.
