About Macauley
I have been involved in martial arts from the age of 6 when I first trained in Karate. After achieving my black belt I then focused on Thai boxing which took me around the world fighting some of the best at my weight class. After fighting at a top level for over 6 years I now enjoy passing on everything I have learnt from my fight career and the years of experience of training at the best gyms in Thailand.

Each session is 1 hour long - within this hour I will show you the basics of Thai Boxing to begin with and once these are covered we will begin to work on more the more technical aspects such as sparring and clinching.
Lessons are available to all levels.
All sessions will be held at Urban Sports Fitness, Leamington Spa.
