About ITUMELENG
My Name is Itumeleng Sitole, currently studying Bcom in Financial Accounting at University of the Western Cape. You know, I've always been fascinated by the story behind the numbers. Accounting's not just about crunching numbers, it's about understanding the heartbeat of a business, the decisions that drive it, and how it impacts people and communities. I love the puzzle-solving aspect, helping students connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
For me, teaching Accounting's about sharing that excitement and making it accessible to everyone. I want to demystify it, show students it's not just for "number people" - it's for anyone who wants to understand how businesses work, make informed decisions, or even start their own venture.
My approach's about making it real, relatable, and relevant. I want students to see Accounting as a tool, not a hurdle. By sharing practical insights, real-world examples, and making it interactive, I hope to spark a passion in them, whether it's for Accounting specifically or business in general. Ultimately, it's about empowering them with skills they'll use for life, and that's what gets me stoked about teaching Accounting.
