My name is Scott Doungsong. I have trained in martial arts my whole life. It has been a great tool to my success in life; it has been the building blocks for my mental resilience and physical discipline. I want to share my teachings and skills with others, and I find great purpose in helping others achieve their goals and reach their potential.

I teach a range of students whether their goals be to lose weight, compete, or just gain confidence. Martial arts can be used for defending others and self-defence; however, the first lesson would be instilling self-discipline and confidence to defend yourself
