About Aleksandra

Hi! My name is Telliodora. I am a professional singer, songwriter and vocal coach with over 12 years of teaching and performing experience. I trained in pop and jazz vocals at the State Musical College of Pop and Jazz Art in Moscow (GMUEDI), earning a place on a highly competitive, state-funded course. I have completed training in Estill Voice Training (EVT) and Complete Vocal Technique (CVT), delivered masterclasses for professional vocalists and founded my own vocal school, which has taught over 1,000 students.

I have created courses focused on vocal style and groove that became popular courses in Russia, as well as developing my own vocal exercises, which students receive as a complimentary resource when booking a lesson.

I am also a backing vocalist for the official UK tribute production The Pink Floyd Show UK. My experience includes appearances on the Russian television shows "The Voice" and "The Songs". I am a Sofar Sounds artist and a three-time winner of the Moscow Jazz Festival. I have performed at international festivals and venues across Russia, the UK and beyond.

Over the years, I have collaborated and performed with artists including Durga McBroom, Andy Gibson, Quentin Moore, Luke Smith, MckNasty, Manizha, Robin Banerjee and Arturo Sandoval, alongside other internationally recognised musicians.

My own music project, Telliodora, blends soul, R&B, neo-soul and modern jazz. I continue to work as an independent artist, releasing original music and performing internationally

I have been teaching singing since 2014, working primarily with intermediate and advanced vocalists, including independent artists and vocal coaches looking to expand their knowledge and develop their skills further.

My lessons go beyond vocal technique. I want you to understand how your voice works and learn to use it consciously and confidently. My approach draws on professional vocal methodologies, including Estill Voice Training (EVT) and Complete Vocal Technique (CVT), while remaining tailored to each individual voice.

Particular attention is given to style, musicality, groove and vocal design. We analyse phrasing, dynamics, articulation, vocal delivery and the techniques used by your favourite artists, then learn how to recreate and adapt these elements to your own voice. We also work on high notes, breathing, vocal nuance and extending your vocal range and capabilities. Where appropriate, we explore advanced vocal techniques, including distortion and other forms of vocal distortion.

Depending on your goals, lessons can range from exploring the fundamentals of voice production and applying professional vocal methodologies to preparing material for performances, developing stage presence and creating your own vocal identity. We can also work on original songs and help you develop your individual sound as an artist.

I also work with developing singers who already have a basic sense of pitch and are ready to explore their voices in a more conscious and structured way. These lessons are for those who want to go beyond learning songs and practising exercises, developing a deeper understanding of their voice, stronger musicality and a more individual approach to performance.

Lesson duration: 60 minutes.

I don’t offer free trial lessons, but I do offer a 20–30 minute online consultation. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals and any challenges you’re facing with your voice. I’ll assess your current needs and give you personalised feedback and recommendations, so you’ll leave with a clearer idea of what to work on and practical steps you can start applying straight away. It’s also an opportunity for both of us to see whether we’re a good fit to work together.

Online lessons are £50 per session. In-person lessons are also available at a rehearsal studio in London. You can choose and book a studio that suits you, with the studio hire fee paid separately and not included in the lesson price. I offer a flexible schedule, and we can find a time that works for both of us.
