As a drama student, I like to use a more dynamic and interactive methodology in class so understanding is more comfortable, easier and more fun since the focus is on conversation, to work on shame or blocking when speaking English.

I often base my classes on everyday situations, everyday conversations, mixing reading, translating / interpreting and producing texts and pronunciation exercises - in addition to grammar - to work on the dynamics of dialogues and the thinking and formulation of sentences in English, that is: not thinking in Portuguese to pass to English in your head and then speak, which is where the block lives most of the time in a conversation.
