About Rieonna
I have been dancing since I was 2 years old, I have danced for 19 years!! During my years of dance I have trained in every style of dance, danced competitively from ages 5-18, trained at multiple conventions, have been a dance teacher for 8 years teaching classes and private lessons, and am now on the dance team at High Point University where we compete at NDA. I do plan on dancing professionally for an NFL or NBA team, I have taken many NFL and NBA prep clinics to prepare myself and I am so excited for what my future holds. I love to dance and I love to share that with others!

I would just love to share my passion of dance with everyone and teaching is one of my favorite ways to do that. My lessons will cater to the level of the dancer and what they would like to work on and grow in. I teach any age student at any level. I think what sets me apart is my experience in the dance world and my love for dance. A typical lesson would start with a warm-up, whatever style you have chosen to work on that day, and then ending with a cool down and stretch for your muscle recovery. I am so excited to work with you!
