About Cataldo
I am Cataldo, and since I started helping my sister, who suffers from dyscalculia, with mathematics I realized how much I like helping others and teaching, so I decided to make myself available for the many people like my sister who they might need a helping hand. By doing 5 hours a week of English (of which 2 with a native speaker teacher certified by Cambridge Assessment International Education), and in addition 2 hours with a native English speaker teacher certified by Cambridge respectively of mathematics and biology, I believe I have the necessary skills to be able to carry out tutoring at middle school students.

The most effective technique for guiding a student having difficulty with a topic is to break it down into more understandable parts and then put it all together, consolidating his apprehension with exercises, drawings and practical examples. In my lessons I always try to ensure that the student overcomes his difficulties thanks to my guidance, rather than making suggestions myself. I tend to always put myself on par, to make the lesson more relaxed and increase the propensity to follow my explanations.
