About Elaine
My experience extends from supporting young, early career, adults to succeed through to athletes with elite aspirations.
However, much of my focus now is on supporting business professionals to prosper, particularly around areas of leadership and high performance culture.
I am the 'unprofessor-like' professor! This allows me to maintain my knowledge and professional updating whilst assuring you of my credibility and experience. I focus on making the theory applicable to you in your life and personal development. I've taken all the lessons I've learnt from working with elite sports people and now apply them to business, leadership and 'real life' scenarios.

My absolute passion is helping others to achieve more than they thought possible! I enjoy taking myself out my comfort zone and will encourage you to do this too, but within a supportive framework of learning and growth. This isn't a passive process, or 'wishy washy' theory, but real actionable development to make you think and ACT.
Sessions generally last 1 hour (this can be flexible to meet your needs). Usually I work with professionals with aspiration, including those already 'up the ladder' but looking to kick on to their next career phase, or transition to their next career.
My qualifications include an Executive MBA, MSc Coaching, CMI L7 Coaching and mentoring as well as numerous leadership training courses and experiences.
