About Margo
I studied Art A level at Tiffin Girls School and I will be going into architecture. Art is something which I'm deeply passionate about and I am looking to share this passion with my students. I teach all traditional art forms and I have experience in video art as well. I also offer art exam preparation for GCSE and A level students.

About the lesson

My lessons operate around the technical and conceptual development of the student's art. As an artist myself, I have learned techniques which will help the student not only increase their traditional art skills (such as drawing accurate proportions, shading and mixing colours) but also develop an ability to weave in a "narrative" into their art, thus helping it develop on a conceptual level.
For exam preparation, I use a variety of resources to help my students get the best grades possible. In the past I have helped students develop their ideas relating to the exam brief and come up with a variety of final piece ideas.
I also run art workshops in blueprinting, collaging, and all forms of painting (inc. oil painting). Let me know what kind of art skills you'd like to develop and we can work out a lesson plan :)

I can't recommend Margo highly enough. Her approach to tutoring is truly person-centred and she explains maths in a very clear way. I am so happy that I decided to reach out to her during my A levels! I wouldn't have gotten the grades I did without her (A* in Maths). I decided to go on to study Economics, but I stayed in touch with her and she's helped me tremendously with my university maths modules. Highly recommend!
