My teaching method is approaching topic by topic. I find this is quite efficient and effective because it is one way I've approached my own studies. We also get to avoid a situation where a student understands one topic better than the other because we've been jumping here and there. I do believe certain topics cut across other topics, that would mean making references here and there if required. My lessons based on real life practical experience. If we were talking about the responsibility of the Board of directors, our discussion would have to include real life examples of successful boards, their composition as well as real life examples of problems they could face and how that applies to what you are learning.

Perfect! Timothy is knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
- You can tell that Alice is naturally intelligent. Although having to work from 9-5, she put in a lot of time and effort into her course and never missed a class. She made sure to challenge me in class and that proved to me that she wasn't there just to grab information and wait to regurgitate them in the exam, but really wanted to understand each topic deeply. I would advise that she keeps up with that mindset, it's good motivation. I put her under a lot of pressure to study every chapter of the Company Law textbook and she really did her best.Timothy's response :
