About Atharva

Having sat my GCSEs recently and achieved 7 Grade 9s, I know exactly what the exam boards expect. More importantly, I know what it feels like to sit at a desk feeling completely overwhelmed by revision.

Early on, I was constantly stressed, working hard but working inefficiently. Once I figured out how to tackle the subjects properly—focusing on solid fundamentals, heavy active practice, and decoding mark schemes—the pressure disappeared and the grades followed. I tutor to help students avoid that burnout. I don't want you to waste time guessing how to revise; I want to show you what actually works so you can reach your target grade calmly and with total clarity.

About the lesson

Every lesson follows a clear progression:

Mastering the Basics First: We don't move forward until the core principles make total sense. Gaps in the fundamentals are what trip students up later, so we solidify the basics first.

Heavy Active Practice: Watching someone solve a problem isn't the same as doing it yourself. Most of each lesson is spent actively working through problems to build genuine confidence and fluency.

Targeted Exam Technique: Knowing the material is only half the battle. We focus heavily on mark scheme requirements, time management, and learning exactly what examiners want to see.
