I base my approach on a feedback and positive reinforcement system. I take the student's needs into consideration and dissect and teach the topic accordingly. I am a big advocate for active recall method of learning and teaching to maximise long-term retention and overall exam performance.

Pashmina is a couple of years above me in Medicine. However, she is so friendly and approachable. She is an excellent teacher! She has taught so much especially in anatomy within just a couple of hours. Her teaching techniques are great as she makes things so much easier to understand. Furthermore, she also provides excellent resources that she has made herself! Pashmina is honestly the best and I am grateful for all the help she has given me :)
