About Darsh
Dedicated and experienced 11+ Mathematics tutor with a strong academic background. I achieved top scores in the Bexley and Kent 11+ examinations (410+ in Kent) and earned a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics. I went on to study at Dartford Grammar School and currently attend Brampton Manor Sixth Form, one of the highest-performing sixth forms in the UK.
With over six years of tutoring experience, I specialise in helping students prepare for the 11+ through structured lessons, proven exam strategies, and confidence-building techniques. My approach to tutoring is focused on tailored, exam-orientated lessons designed to help students excel in Mathematics. I use a range of strategies to build both confidence and competence, including concept breakdowns, problem-solving techniques, targeted practice, and exam-style questions. Lessons are one hour long and structured to keep students focused and progressing steadily.
Before beginning, I assess each student’s current level and adapt my teaching style and pace to suit their needs. Over time, students develop stronger mathematical foundations, improved reasoning skills, and confidence under timed conditions. My lessons are particularly suitable for students preparing for the 11+ examinations, where I aim to help them achieve their best results in a supportive and effective learning environment.
