First, I study my individual student. I learn their communications skills. Then, I see where and how they face difficulties. I tackle each topic in a way that is easy for them to understand without it feeling overwhelming. I believe that my young age gives me the advantage of being able to relate to struggles faced by my peers or younger kids.
