I studied financial markets, mathematics and IT (in two different master degrees) and currently work in financial markets in London

My teaching methods used to be very "learning by doing". I usually define a topic (something to improve, Univ works etc) with the person depending on its level ad start from a blank script to realise from scratch and step by step the determine objective.
For example, if the topic is "Building a data base to perform quantitative analysis" we will first create the base, then filter it, manipulate it, optimize it etc and finally performing the analysis. At each step, full details of the code + other details will be given.
Furthermore, if required, I can also provide a PDF that explain everything.
