About Cameron
Quebec winters sound like voices hitting high rafters in a crowded kitchen. I spent my youth singing in the oral tradition long before I earned my BA in Ethnomusicology from UCLA. 325 students have walked through my door since I started teaching.
I work with absolute beginners and performance-focused students. My method values the resonance of the human body above all else. Every student possesses a distinct vocal signature. I simply help you find yours.

Imagine walking into a room and feeling your breath support engage instantly without any mental strain. We start with warm up exercises that ground the voice in the chest.
You receive free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to practice at home. Head and chest voice transitions require patience and a gentle ear. Five years of experience teaching traditional music informs how I approach belting technique.
We keep things light so the tone stays open. It is about feeling the sound travel.
