About Alex
I started training when I was 16 years old and I have loved it ever since. During my early days, I trained Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu in Newcastle and I also trained in kickboxing, mma, muay thai and boxing. I have been teaching in Sunderland for over 10 years now at Fitness 2000 in Roker. We have spent many years training for sanda and Quingda competitions. We have been competing since 2017 and competed from Aberdeen to London. Sparring for all levels. At CLF Sunderland you will be able to learn traditional martial arts and weapons.

At CLF Sunderland we teach traditional kung fu classes every Tuesday night. 19.00 at Fitness 2000 gym. Teach traditional kung fu forms, self defence, techniques, kickboxing, sparring, competitive combat competitions at a national level. All abilities welcome from +8 yrs
