About Patrick
I am an artist and interior designer from London.
I have recently spent 7 years in Asia where was working as an interior designer on villa projects. I also helped to tutor groups of various ages and levels in drawing and design, for the London college for Design and Fashion, Hanoi, and for independent organisations such as Ago Hub, Hanoi, and many private classes.
As a child, drawing came to me naturally as a joy and meditation.
I was given private drawing and art tuition later at the age of 9, and feel grateful for the invaluable skills that were passed on to me. At the age of 17 I gave my first private drawing lesson.
I therefore wish to help others to have in-depth drawing skills and understanding, and a greater opportunity to channel your creativity into beautiful arts, personal meditative practice, or for possible future career choices.

About the lesson

I teach traditional pencil drawing techniques, many of which were taught to me by private tutors between ages 9 and 16.
I aim to pass on their fantastic knowledge and skills.
My classes are tailored to suit each person or group and include the chosen direction from the following:
- Pencil types, uses and strokes, line and shading
- Still live and observational drawing
- Expressive and abstract drawing
- Interior design and architectural drawing
- Landscape drawing
- Creative development and exploration
Each lesson is a minimum of 1.5 hours to 3 hours.
With degrees in Art foundation and Interior design, I have given tuition privately and in groups and schools for the years that I was in Vietnam from 2016-2023 for those who wished to develop their skills, talents, and careers.
My lessons are suitable for any age depending on the requirements of the student, from beginners to more advanced. I have tailored classes for adults, professionals, students and children with parents, and groups of age ranges and varied abilities.
