About Lee
I found myself experimenting with different combat sports that would translate into real fighting situations on the street. I have come up with a training system that gives confidence immediately. No waiting years to craft an art but directly after each session you can use it if need be.

The sparring incorporates close-quarter clinch work with elbows being the primary defence tool mixed in with trips and throws. We focus on pre-emptive striking and defensive work to protect against a violent assault. Giving you confidence that you can handle yourself against an attacker.
