About Emily
I am a qualified teacher in the UK and taught at a heritage site for 3 years. I regularly make cakes for friends and family and cook every day for my partner and regularly for big family meals. I have taught 1:1 and taught groups of up to 30. I have taught friends how to cook basic meals and would like to help other people who might be living off frozen food!

I think practical sessions where students are able to interact and have fun are the most interesting and memorable. I have experience teaching adults and children, although my degree focused on Primary Education. Students should feel comfortable enough to try something new, but also feel challenged by what they are doing. I try to engage students and follow their interests as much as possible, as well as trying to make learning fun!
