About Catalin
I started training boxing and MMA as I was always passionate about it. Now I feel that I want people to know the benefits of the sport both physically and mentally. Boxing is about respect building confidence. The bonus is that it keeps you in great shape at the same time.

I offer 1-1 lessons, but accept up to 3 people per lesson. I like to mix my lessons with some cardio and pad work, working on different combos once you mastered the basic movements. I work with males, females and kids.
