About
I am a pre-med student and dedicated violinist with five years of committed study on the instrument. I am currently training under three private teachers as I work toward my goal of becoming a solo violinist, which means I bring an active, evolving understanding of technique and musicianship into every lesson I teach. I know firsthand what it feels like to be a beginner on the violin, the early frustrations, the small breakthroughs, and the deep satisfaction that comes with steady improvement, and I use that lived experience to teach with patience, clarity, and genuine encouragement. I am also fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to work comfortably with students and families from a wide range of backgrounds.

My violin lessons are designed specifically for beginners who are just starting their musical journey and want a strong, confident foundation from the very beginning. Each session is structured around the fundamentals that matter most at the early stages, proper posture, bow hold, left-hand technique, music reading, and building a consistent practice habit that produces real progress over time. I tailor every lesson to the individual student, adjusting pace, repertoire, and teaching style based on what works best for them, whether they are a young child discovering music for the first time or an adult returning to an instrument they have always wanted to learn. My goal is not simply to get students through exercises, but to help them develop a genuine love for the violin and the confidence to express themselves through music.
