About Ben
I’m a British Army Musician, currently serving in the Army Engagement Ensemble as a Jazz & Improvisation SME.
Whilst performing is my passion, I have extensive experience as a teacher in schools and privately, and want to pass on my knowledge to the future generations of budding musicians.

Music above all else needs to be enjoyable. I have a laid-back approach to teaching without compromising on quality, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and in the best mindset to learn. Despite my jazz background, I have all the skills to teach the classical fundamentals to beginners, and have 20+ years of experience teaching in primary and secondary schools, and adult players.
