About Rory
My journey as an ESL tutor over the past 11 years has been filled with learning, growth, and student success. I teach high school and college students and have worked with around 150 to 200 learners. I believe that learning English should be simple and meaningful.
I focus on building strong basics in grammar and vocabulary while also improving communication skills. I encourage students to practice regularly and stay motivated. One of my proudest milestones is seeing students gain confidence in speaking English.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication abilities. My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and easy to follow. I create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to learn. My goal is to help students grow, succeed, and achieve their full potential.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on helping students use English in real life with confidence. I use real-life examples and case studies to show how English is used in daily communication, such as conversations, work situations, and studies.
This makes learning more practical and useful. I motivate students by creating a positive and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable to speak and learn from mistakes. I include problem-solving activities like role-plays, discussions, and real-life situations to improve their speaking and thinking skills.
I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students step by step. I also follow a flexible approach by adjusting lessons according to each student’s level and goals. Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills to build strong language ability.
