About Arthur
I am an experienced violin tutor with 8 years of teaching experience, helping students from school level to working professionals learn and improve their skills. I am passionate about teaching and committed to supporting students in their musical journey. My teaching philosophy is based on understanding, patience, and structured learning.
I believe that anyone can learn violin with the right guidance and regular practice. I focus on building a strong foundation by teaching basics such as posture, bow control, rhythm, and note reading. I then guide students towards advanced techniques and musical expression.
I also provide regular feedback and practice guidance to help students improve consistently. I have successfully trained over 150 students, many of whom have improved their confidence and performance skills.
I create a friendly and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable. My goal is to make violin learning a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

I aim to create a learning experience where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident while learning violin. I use real-life examples and relatable case studies to explain musical concepts in a simple and practical way.
I focus on strong fundamentals like posture, bowing, scales, and tone quality, as these are essential for long-term progress. I teach step by step and make sure students clearly understand each lesson before moving ahead.
I also adjust my teaching style to match each student’s pace and learning ability. Communication is an important part of my classes, and I always encourage students to ask questions. I provide clear feedback and guidance regularly.
I follow values like patience, honesty, and commitment. Along with violin, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, and ear training.
