About Salini
I teach because it is my passion. I take pride in watching a student finally get a concept and understand that it is not that much hard. I love it when a student asks me a question and I can't answer on the spot because that means I have more to learn.
I have worked in 2+ reputed institutions in Kerala as lecturer in Computer Engineering. I have handled different technical subjects. And I have 4+ yrs professional experience in IT field.

1) Explain concepts. Ask questions. Make sure students understand the concept. Gives proper notes on the topic.
2) If problems based on formulas are there, explain and solve it once step by step. Let students do it themselves. Give similar problems, and let them solve it themselves again, then give twisted and complicated ones and make them think and solve it themselves.
3) From examination point of view, make the students answer questions. Helps them to answer previous year question papers.
