About Elise
I want to tutor science because I love the subject and I know how challenging it can be. The tutoring sessions, I hope, will be fun, encouraging and meaningful. It doesn't matter what grade you have now or how much time you have left to improve, I believe I can make a big difference to your final grades and make GCSEs a little less daunting.

The lessons can be personalised to your needs. We can work through the content and specific weak areas, or go through past papers and practice questions. I will also be able to give advice on exam techniques, websites I found helpful and how to revise. I can help you make a revision plan and share all the tips that helped me and what I thought was a waste of time. Homework and tests can be set but these are optional and up to the student, however I'll be happy to mark any work you do. It's up to you what you need help with, but I can provide some structure if you're not sure where to start. The lesson length is up to the student, this all depends on your availability and urgency but I would recommend around 45-60 minutes.
