About Keira
My name is Keira Sheqi and I am a student currently doing her GCSEs right now, and will move onto 6th Form next year, for which I got a scholarship for, as a result of me achieving a grade 9 in my mathematics GCSE in year 10, a year earlier.
I have always been very skilled at mathematics, and I have gained a passion for it, so I would really like to help other students understand and also develop a liking for it. I also want to create some responsibility in my life as I become in control of my finances, where I think this could be a perfect fit as I would be making money off of something I love.
Therefore, I believe I will maintain enthusiasm and positivity throughout every lesson, ensuring my students develop confidence in this subject as well as enjoying their time studying, which I think is of imperative importance when it comes to young people studying such a difficult subject.

Lessons will generally begin with a recall of last lesson, in order to cement prior knowledge and improve memory.
Typically, new topics will begin with the basics and gradually increase in difficulty, in order to build strength and confidence.
Tests completed in school could be brought in order to help you understand concepts and work on areas that need improvement.
Lessons will typically last an hour, and they are available for anyone from year 1 to year 11, who are struggling or who want to accelerate in mathematics.
I have taught as a teaching assistant at Ardleigh Green Primary school, for work experience, where I took private classes and helped in their SATS preparation, typically with lower ability students.
