About Julia

I have a degree in philosophy of language, which provides me as a tutor, with an in-depth knowledge of the correlation between language and human behavior.

I speak Norwegian fluently as it is my native tongue. I am an enthusiastic and open person who loves to teach and help others feel more confident through reaching their goals.

About the lesson

I work with a conversation-based method. As many studies show, this method is the most effective for learning a new language. We will go through basic grammar, and linguistic structures. But soon move into an organic interactive process.

Moving on, or for students that already have a foundation within the language. We will divide the lessons into two parts. In the first, longer, we will focus on speaking in an organic way. About interests and relevant topics.
In the second we will discuss the progress and I will assist you with the things we decide we want to focus on more. The content will be customized to the student's goals and objectives.

I’ve known Julia for quite some time now! We met in 2023 at philosophy studies in Trondheim, and we have been besties ever since. Julia is one of the most empathetic, kindest, and most supportive people I have ever met. She is a great listener and gives great advice when needed. She is incredibly intelligent and brave! These qualities are the reason why Julia is such a super friend and a great teacher. She has helped me understand so much about politics and human rights because I can ask questions, and she answers without judgment.
