About Giulia
I’m the oldest sister of two and have always loved helping others learn. When I moved from Italy to the UK at 8 years old, I struggled with English and even failed my SATs. But I refused to give up—I worked hard, improved year after year, and achieved Grade 8s in Maths and Sciences at GCSE. Now I’m in Year 13, studying Maths, Chemistry and Biology A-Levels and applying for Medicine. I want to study at King’s College London University and strive to help other children believe in themselves and reach their full potential, just like I did. Every student I have taught has told me they’ve seen real improvements in their understanding and skills within the first couple of lessons. With over a year of tutoring experience and a passion for teaching, I aim to make learning motivating and effective for all my students.

I offer in-person tutoring in Dagenham for students from Primary SATs (Year 1) to GCSE (Year 11). My goal is to help every student reach their full potential, through building exam skills and helping them understand each lesson in depth and clarity - not just memorising blindly! My lessons are interactive and structured to make Maths and Science easy to understand. Each 2-hour session starts with a mini-test on last week’s topic. I then teach the new topic step-by-step set practice questions to check understanding. Finally, I go over anything they didn't understand fully and any homework given by their school if they would like help in it.
