I am one of only 21 Graduate Entry Medicine Students that was accepted into King’s College London’s competitive 2023 MBBS (GPEP) cohort. I am very up to date with the current intricacies of the application cycle and have enjoyed helping my students with both their UCAT scores and Personal Statements so they can get into both undergraduate and graduate entry medicine including Oxford Medical School. My UCAT tutoring (university clinical aptitude test aka the UKCAT also) follows a weekly timetable so that they can master the pattern of quick thinking needed to pass this exam in the 14 seconds to a minute they will have to answer each question. We will pinpoint areas the sections in either cognitive or situational judgement subtest.* * UCAT 2025 The UCAT is changing. In 2025, Abstract Reasoning will be withdrawn from the test. The test will comprise 3 cognitive subtests (Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning) alongside the Situational Judgement Test. In my Personal Statement tutoring I have a framework that helps each student highlight the parts of their experiences most important for the assessors to see the 10 essential qualities a doctor needs to have. We will work through multiple drafts the students wrote ensuring their unique voice is kept so they can confidently speak in what they have written in interview.

Perfect! I had an amazing experience with Namooya, who provided invaluable support for medical school interview preparation. Her visual teaching style helped me a lot with preparation and I was able to receive a lot of high quality mock practice, which was essential in building my confidence and refining my interview answers. Her feedback was always detailed and constructive, helping me improve with every session. I would highly recommend Namooya to anyone preparing for medicine interviews!

She is very flexible in her timings also ensuring that I really understand the topic and that I am able to answer exam questions, also to realise my mistakes and correct them. A testiment to this is our succession session being a big help as I was able to exceed my target grade by achieving a A grade in my test on populations and ecosystems and gaining full marks on the section on succession.
I cannot recommend Namooya highly enough! She provided incredibly helpful one-on-one sessions to guide me through writing my personal statement for biomedical science. Her step-by-step breakdown of what to include (and what to avoid) made the entire process so much clearer. She offered practical advice tailored specifically to my goals and experience.
What stood out the most was their supportive and encouraging approach. She were always patient, approachable, and ready to help with a smile. Thanks to her expert guidance, I felt confident and well-prepared. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in your success, Namooya is the best choice!Namooya was unbelievably helpful in helping me prepare for medical school and her help in writing my personal statement got me into one of the most competitive medical schools in the world (University of Oxford). When it comes to this stuff she is an encyclopaedia and on top of all that knowledge, she’s super friendly. 100% recommend.
Namooya tutored my kids on all science subjects. She is kind, knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. Highly recommend
