About Kevin
I graduated in Mechanical Engineering from UCD and am now studying Graduate-Entry Medicine at UL. I achieved 613 points in my Leaving Cert, including H1s in Maths, Applied Maths and Physics.
I have a year of tutoring experience with students from 1st to 6th year, as well as experience coaching basketball and GAA.
I really enjoy teaching and helping students improve, and I aim to make lessons relaxed, encouraging and easy to understand.

I have experience teaching students from 1st to 6th year at both Higher and Ordinary Level. I will prepare each lesson around the topics you are currently working on and focus on the areas where you need the most help. I’m very patient and will explain topics clearly and work through examples and exam-style questions at a pace that suits you.
My goal is to help you properly understand the topic, build your confidence and improve your results. I’m always happy to answer questions throughout the lesson.

My daughter had heard Kevin was giving Maths grinds and recommended him to us. She was a little nervous about starting at first, but Kevin was great with her and has a nice way of explaining things without making her feel under pressure. We were very happy with Kevin and can’t recommend him enough.
Kevin really helped me to gain confidence in myself during my preparation for the leaving certificate. He was very patient and I felt like I could ask him the basic questions that I probably wouldn't have asked in class. I would highly recommend him
Kevin taught my son, Daragh, who was struggling with 2nd-year maths at the time. He was lovely, and Daragh drastically improved from a few lessons. The main thing I noticed was the confidence boost he had with maths!
