I try to tailor my teaching to each individual student by assessing the student’s knowledge of the subject matter at the start of every session. This builds students’ confidence in their own ability and allows me to pitch the subject matter at the right level.
I also believe in highly interactive sessions so try to split my sessions into short teaching segments followed by questions that are meant to help students apply basic principles to more advanced questions.
To keep students engaged and interested, I often associate the material to real life situations and use visual aids.
I have experience teaching medicine to medical students from UCL, Oxford, Bristol and Glasgow Universities and have done so for the last 4 years.
Outside of medicine, I have also tutored A Level, GCSE and KS3 students Maths, Physics and Biology. I have tutored students all across North London, with the majority of my students attending Highgate, King Alfred and Francis Holland schools.
